Cranachan is a traditional Scottish dessert featuring toasted oatmeal, raspberries, cream and of course whisky. We have adapted the dessert to make a sponge cake with raspberries in the mix, topped with buttercream and toasted oatmeal. To display the cake we recommend adding fresh raspberries as shown. Also available as a Triple Layer Cake.
